With Glue Dots you can spot glue with instant results and no gluing equipment.  There's no need to wait for glue to set or dry. Just use Glue Dots, a preformed 1/2" diameter flat dot of glue. Dots are packaged in a convenient, 4,000 count, easy to use dispenser box in 4 standard tack levels.  

  • Low Tack: Use for temporary bond applications such as attaching business cards or pictures to mailers. Easily removable from most surfaces. (contains some oil, test for bleeding)
  • Medium Tack: More sticking power than Low Tack, but still provides easy removal. Great for attaching credit cards or phone cards and can even be used to seal mailers.
  • High Tack: With more sticking power, these are ideal for holding magnets or product samples in place, yet still removable from many coated stocks.  
  • High Shear: High tack bond with vertical holding capabilities.
  • Super High Tack: A permanent glue with tremendous holding power for assembly operations or carton sealing.

Applied Productivity
 

The SD-900 is the smart choice for automatic, in-line adhesive application. Designed to quickly, cleanly and easily apply Glue Dots® Brand Adhesives, the SD-900 seamlessly integrates into your existing production line.  And whether you want it affixed to a single line or want the ability to move it from line to line using our portable stand, Glue Dots has the right solution for you.

 

Priced less than most hot melt systems, the SD-900 reduces your operating and maintenance cost while increasing worker safety by eliminating waste, cleaning and the risk of burn injuries. The SD-900 is truly Applied Productivity.

 

 
SD-900:

  • Engineered for both continuous and intermittent applications

  • 10 to 90 feet per minute product speed

  • 4-5 strokes per second to apply dots

  • Accuracy of dot placement: +/- 3/32”

  • Designed to hold 8,000 count rolls
